Ms. Katie

Regional Director

Hello! My name is Ms. Katie, I am the Regional Director. I oversee the Directors, as well as the general upkeep of the buildings and program. I help to ensure that, at all times, our program is meeting or exceeding all local, state, and national standards in areas such as health and safety, education, interactions with children, and staff standards.

I live in Speedway, IN with my husband, 13 year old son, two cats, and two dogs. My husband, Andy, works in Landscaping and my son, Dylan, hopes to one day join the Marines. Some of my hobbies include driving, ideally with the windows down and the music up, watching TV, usually The Office, and spending time with my family.

Ms. Le Andra

Director of Operations

Hello! My name is Ms. Le Andra and I am the Director of Operations here at TTS! I oversee the billing department, tuition department, and enrollment department.

When I’m not at The Tot Spot I am usually spending quality time with my family and friends.One of my favorite hobbies is spending time outside with my doors off going Jeeping.Another hobby of mine is going to concerts in the summer as well as reading. I love curling up with a good book. It’s even better when I’m on cruise vacation. I’m a HUGE Disney fan and my favorite princess is Ariel.

Ms. Shawna

Center Director

Hi! My name is Ms. Shawna. I am the center Director at The Tot Spot East! I have been working here since the fall of 2023.

Outside of my working role, my favorite job is being a mom to my son. He is the absolute best part of me. I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 2010 and we have shared almost 20 years of our lives together! We live in Hamilton County where we have 2 dogs, a turtle, a lizard, lots of fish, and some hermit crabs! Pretty much a small zoo!

Ms. Michelle

Assistant Director

Hello, my name is Ms. Michelle. I am an assistant director on the infant/toddler side. I have been working with The Tot Spot since December 2022.

I have been in childcare for 27 years and have loved learning and growing with children. I have an adult daughter named AJ. I enjoy taking walks on trails and floating on the river. I am very involved with my church and my ministry is our food pantry. I love to sing, so I lead the hymns a few times in a month. I have two dogs and two grandcats that are a joy to have in my life.

Ms. Chloe

Center Director

Hi! My name is Ms. Chloe and I am the center director at our Tot Spot 116th Street location. I have been with the Tot Spot since January 2023 and have loved being a part of the TTS family.

I have worked in childcare for a couple of years with kids of all ages and abilities. My favorite thing about our school is that it is a home away from home where I can talk to any of my team members or the families we have enrolled here.

I have a degree in elementary and special education with a minor in psychology. My love of early adolescent development came from understanding how much the brain grows and changes in this early stage of life. The adversities and experiences that kiddos encounter, shape them later in life, and I am so happy to have the opportunity to be a part of their journey.

Ms. Lauren

Assistant Director

Hello my name is Ms. Lauren, I’m a mom of 3 handsome boys with an amazing husband. I’ve been in childcare for the past 6 years and I love everything about it.

I’m currently in school at WGU to receive my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood education teaching pre k – second grade. A small WIN : I was selected to be granted a Success and Leadership scholarship due to my determination and outstanding GPA . I love children and I love to see them grow to be successful , so I want to be that person to help them get there.

Mr. Mike

Operations

Welcome to The Tot Spot! My name is Mr. Mike, and Alisha and I have been married for 16 spectacular years. We moved to Fishers in 2002, and have enjoyed watching it grow yet remain close knit. It’s a wonderful place to raise our daughters!

It was I who first conceived the idea of The Tot Spot, and I’ve also enjoyed watching it grow and develop. Working behind the scenes I have the advantage of seeing how much of a difference The Tot Spot has made in our community. After graduating for IU I managed Walgreens and worked in Insurance before returning to school. I currently have my CDA and can’t wait to finish my education degree. I’m here to support all our teachers, staff, and students on their daily experiences at our Fishers Day Care, while also overseeing human resources, billing, and other operations. If you have any questions concerning these, I am the individual you will come to for answers.

Alicia Hanson

Assistant Director of Development

Hello! My name is Alicia Hanson and I am beyond excited to be the Assistant Director of Development at The Tot Spot! I was born and raised in the very small town of Middletown, Indiana. I started with The Tot Spot while attending college and have worn many different hats including:

Lead infant teacher, lead Scouts teacher, preschool assistant, and site coordinator. After I received my Associates of Science in Early Childhood Education, I worked for a year and a half and for a parenting program. However, my love for the families and teaching brought me back to The Tot Spot. I have a very rambunctious and independent daughter that keeps us very busy. When we have spare time we are usually in a high school gym somewhere in the state of Indiana watching my husband coach basketball. We are avid Notre Dame fans (Go Irish) and love attending sporting events of any type! We also love spending time with our families and spending many weekends in the summer at the lake! I look forward to working with the teachers, children, and families at The Tot Spot! Watching the children as they grow and gain new skills and ability is the most rewarding part of working. I work tirelessly to ensure that you and your children receive the best possible care and education during their time at our Fishers Day Care!
